Morgan or Chase Demand Deposit Account via ACH. When selecting cash back as an option, the minimum amount of Points required to redeem is 100, which is the equivalent of $1. Points can only be redeemed in increments of 100 Points or $1. You can also redeem Points for gift certificates, both physical and digital, for restaurants and retailers, merchandise, hotel stays, car rentals, and exclusive items. In the event an existing reservation or booking needs to be cancelled or modified, the change will be subject to a $45 fee, as well as any additional cancellation or modification fees imposed by the corresponding travel or event provider, and will need to be paid using a J.P. Morgan Commercial Card product.
No. Points cannot be combined or transferred to/from other Rewards programs. However, Points can be transferred to an active Program maintained by your Company that is enrolled in the J.P. If your Company’s J.P. Morgan One Card program is closed or your Company’s participation in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Rewards Program is terminated either at the request of your Company or by J.P. Morgan, it will enter a 90-Day grace period. During this grace period, Authorized Redeemers will be eligible to redeem any earned Points, but your Company’s Program will not be able to accumulate any Points through spend made on individual J.P. Morgan One Card Cards.

Yes, the traveler will earn frequent flier miles and/or loyalty rewards for redeemed travel if his/her frequent flier and/or loyalty rewards number(s) is/are submitted upon redemption or before the travel itinerary is initiated.
